Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Orange County

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a corporate/M&A practice in the Orange County office of a national full-service firm. The role focuses on leading complex transactional work, advising corporate clients on M&A and governance matters, and originating new engagements.

The partner will manage and mentor associates, work closely with regional teams across offices, and help expand client relationships in the region. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant business-development expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactional work
• Proven track record of originating and closing deals and developing client relationships
• Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or eligible for admission
