The successful candidate will originate and execute cross-border transactions, manage client relationships and mentor a busy team of associates. This is a high-visibility role with significant commercial responsibility and opportunity to shape regional strategy.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level experience in M&A and private equity, with significant regional or cross-border deal execution
- Strong client origination and relationship-management track record
- Admitted to practise in a relevant jurisdiction and able to work in the UAE
