An established international law firm is seeking a senior corporate lawyer to join its Dubai office as a partner. This is an opportunity to take a leading role within a well-regarded corporate practice in the United Arab Emirates, serving regional and international clients on complex cross-border transactions.

The successful candidate will advise on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets matters and venture capital work, with the chance to develop and grow the practice further. The firm offers a collaborative platform and a strong regional network.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in corporate law, including M&A, private equity, capital markets and venture capital
• Admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic advantageous)
