Senior partner hire to grow an established corporate and technology practice in the Baltimore office. The role will focus on leading complex M&A and capital markets matters, advising emerging-growth and technology clients, and handling IP-related transactional and litigation work.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of originating and leading deals, experience managing teams and cross-office matters, and sector experience in life sciences, technology, financial services or energy.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in M&A and capital markets
• Experience advising emerging-growth / technology clients and handling IP-related matters
• Strong client development and team leadership capabilities
