Partner, Employment & Labor — Boulder

Senior lateral partner opportunity to join a well-established employment and labor practice in Boulder. The role focuses on advising public- and private-sector employers on complex employment litigation, labor relations and executive compensation matters.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, develop business in the region, and work collaboratively across employment, benefits and compensation teams. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and leadership within a busy practice group.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in employment litigation and labor relations
• Demonstrated expertise in executive compensation and employee benefits
• Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in Colorado
