Partner — Employment & Labor / Corporate / Intellectual Property (Nashville)

Seeking an experienced partner to join a national full-service law firm’s Nashville office, focusing on Employment & Labor, Corporate and Intellectual Property litigation and counseling. The role prioritizes candidates with established, portable practices who can contribute immediately to growth in the Southeast.

Opportunities exist across multiple commercial litigation and corporate transactional matters, with particular interest in ERISA/benefits, labor & employment, patent/IP litigation and mass-torts work. The team values partners who can collaborate cross-practice and help develop regional office capacity.

• Portable book of business of $850k+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in one or more of: Employment & Labor, Corporate, Intellectual Property or Commercial Litigation
• Track record of business development and client management in the candidate’s practice area
