Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Employment & Labor practice in New York. The role will focus on high‑value employment matters, counseling employer clients and advising on executive compensation and related benefits issues.

The successful candidate will join an established team and play a visible role in client development and practice growth, working across transactional, regulatory and contentious matters for domestic and international clients.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established partner-level employment & labor practice with experience advising on executive compensation and benefits
  • Proven client development and relationship-management skills
  • Admission to the New York bar (or ability to qualify)
