Senior hire to lead and expand a busy employment & labor practice in New York with a strong focus on discrimination, wage & hour and class-action work. This is a front‑office, client-facing partner role with responsibility for matter leadership, courtroom and appellate work, and managing a team of associates.

The role requires a proven track record handling high‑stakes individual and collective employment disputes, developing business, and working cross‑functionally with other practice groups. The team handles complex litigation and sensitive employment counseling matters for a broad range of employers.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established partner-level experience in employment litigation, including discrimination and wage & hour class actions
  • Proven courtroom and deposition experience and a track record of leading large, complex matters
  • Strong business development and client management skills; ability to originate and grow client relationships
  • Active bar admission in New York (or eligibility) and JD from accredited law school
