Partner — Energy & Environmental (Boston)

Established practice seeking a lateral partner to join the Energy & Environmental team in Boston. The role will focus on delivering high-value regulatory, transactional and permitting advice to clients active in energy and infrastructure sectors.

This is a client-facing leadership role: you will originate and manage complex matters, mentor junior lawyers, and help shape practice strategy. The team works across transactional, regulatory and project development matters for domestic and cross-border clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in energy, environmental law, or infrastructure transactions and projects
• Proven client origination and relationship-management record
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain, and strong technical and drafting skills
