Apply in confidence →Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and grow its Energy & Environmental practice in Miami. The role focuses on counseling energy-sector clients on environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, enforcement defense, and transactional support.
The successful candidate will lead client relationships, drive business development, and mentor a team of associates and counsel. Work will involve interaction with federal and state regulators and high-profile industry stakeholders.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established track record in energy and environmental matters, including regulatory, permitting, and enforcement work
- Experience interacting with EPA and state environmental regulators
- Proven business development skills and experience leading teams
- Bar admission in Florida or clear eligibility to be licensed
