Partner, Finance & Energy — Miami

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a finance practice focused on energy and renewables in the Miami office of a national law firm. The role combines client relationship development, originating project and renewable finance work, and practice leadership in the region.

The successful candidate will advise sponsors, lenders and corporate clients on project financings, structured financings and related transactions across the renewable energy sector. You will join an established team and be expected to expand the practice through new business generation and cross‑practice collaboration.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in project finance and renewable energy transactions
• Established relationships with lenders, sponsors and corporate clients in the energy sector
• Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s) or able to obtain admission
