Partner, Energy & Environmental — Princeton

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an established Energy and Environmental practice from the Princeton office. The role will involve originating and managing client engagements across regulatory, transactional and permitting matters in the energy and environmental sectors.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team handling matters for corporate and institutional clients, provide senior-level legal advice, and help expand the practice through business development and client relationship management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, including regulatory and transactional matters
• Demonstrated business development record and ability to originate new work
• Proven team leadership and matter management skills; active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
