Partner, Energy & Environmental — Princeton

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Energy and Environmental practice in the Princeton office. The role focuses on advising developers, owners and sponsors on energy and infrastructure projects, regulatory compliance, and related transactional matters.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, supervise junior lawyers, and collaborate across practices on project development and permitting issues. This is a business-building role with significant client-facing responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in energy and environmental matters, including infrastructure transactions or project development
• Strong regulatory and permitting knowledge and a track record of originating and managing client relationships
• Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across practice groups
