Partner, Energy & Environmental — Silicon Valley

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its Energy & Environmental practice in Silicon Valley. The role will focus on renewable energy, broader energy matters and regulatory work, with opportunities to advise sponsors, investors and corporate clients on complex transactions and regulatory issues.

Ideal candidates will have an established client portfolio, experience originating and leading mandates, and an interest in building a team. Candidates with a background in private equity-linked energy transactions or regulatory-focused energy work are particularly welcome.
