Seeking a senior partner to lead and expand a multidisciplinary Energy & Infrastructure practice in Boston, with significant work across energy (including renewables and oil & gas), maritime construction, environmental regulatory matters, and tax structuring.

The role is client-facing and business-development focused: you will manage major transactions and projects, advise on regulatory and tax aspects, supervise and mentor senior associates, and help grow the practice regionally and nationally.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established partner-level experience in energy, infrastructure or maritime construction matters
  • Deep knowledge of energy regulatory and tax issues, including renewables and oil & gas
  • Proven business development record and team leadership experience
  • Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required
