Senior partner-level opening for an experienced finance and securities lawyer to lead and grow capital markets work from the firm’s Las Vegas office. The role focuses on high-value debt and equity capital markets transactions, structured financings and related regulatory advice.

The successful candidate will combine a strong transactional practice with business development responsibilities, helping expand client relationships and mentor a small team. The position offers a leadership role within a national practice platform while working closely with cross-practice deal teams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in capital markets, securities and financing transactions
• Proven track record of originating and maintaining client relationships
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly
