Senior partner opportunity in Wilmington for an experienced lawyer to lead and expand a blended finance and IP litigation practice. The role will combine high-value leveraged and structured finance work with patent litigation matters, working across transactional and contested matters.

The successful candidate will drive origination, supervise junior lawyers, and collaborate with national teams. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for both fee-earners and business development in the region.

Established track record in leveraged and structured finance and in patent litigation
Proven origination and client-management skills; experience leading teams
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and excellent litigation/transactional credentials
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
