Partner, Finance & Banking (Leveraged & Structured Finance) — Las Vegas

Senior partner-level role for an established finance practice focused on leveraged and structured finance. The position involves originating and leading complex financings, advising corporate and sponsor clients, and managing cross‑border or multi‑jurisdictional transactions as needed.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and play a central role in business development, client relationship management, and mentoring junior lawyers. The team handles a mix of syndicated, private and structured debt arrangements.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level background in leveraged and structured finance transactions
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills
• Track record of leading deal teams and mentoring associates
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to qualify promptly
