The role combines client relationship leadership with active deal execution across debt and equity financings and related regulatory matters.

The office offers a collaborative platform with national and cross-border support; the successful candidate will help drive business development and mentor junior lawyers while maintaining a high billable standard.

• Significant partner-level experience in finance, capital markets or securities work
