Partner, Finance & Banking — Wilmington

Established finance partner role to lead and grow a regional banking and finance practice from the Wilmington office. The role will focus on originating and executing syndicated and bilateral lending, asset-based and secured financings, and related corporate finance transactions for commercial clients.

The partner will manage and develop a small transactional team, work closely with local and national colleagues on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters, and drive business development in the region. Strong client-facing skills and a proven track record in deal origination are expected.

• Established partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions
• Proven origination and client development record
• Experience managing and mentoring transactional teams
• Admission to the relevant state bar and good standing
