Partner — Finance & Corporate (Wilmington)

Senior partner opportunity within a US-based finance and corporate practice, based in Wilmington. The role focuses on leading transactional and advisory work for investment and asset management clients, partnering with a cross-practice team to develop and grow the practice.

The successful candidate will take a visible client-facing leadership role, driving matters from origination through execution and mentoring junior lawyers. This is a market-facing hire with strong emphasis on business development and practice growth.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in finance, corporate or investment/asset management work
• Proven origination and client-development skills
• Ability to lead teams, manage high-value transactions and mentor associates
