Partner, Insurance Litigation — Newark

Established insurance litigation practice seeking a lateral partner to join the team in Newark. The role focuses on representing policyholders in disputed coverage matters and providing insurance counseling across commercial lines.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop and mentor litigation teams, and contribute to growth of the insurance disputes practice. The position offers an opportunity to work on complex coverage disputes for sophisticated policyholder clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level litigation experience handling insurance coverage disputes and counseling policyholders
• Strong trial and motion practice skills and experience managing teams
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
