Partner, Intellectual Property & Litigation — Baltimore

Leading US law firm is seeking a partner to join its Baltimore IP team with a strong mixed practice across patent prosecution, licensing and contentious matters. The role will involve managing and growing client relationships, leading complex patent litigation and proceedings, and advising on life-sciences and technology-related IP issues.

The team handles district-court patent suits, Hatch‑Waxman matters and trade‑remedy investigations, and works closely with national IP and commercial litigation groups. The hire will have a visible role developing business and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience handling patent prosecution and patent litigation matters
• Demonstrated track record in licensing and counseling, ideally with life‑sciences or technology clients
• Active bar admission and ability to practice before relevant tribunals
