Established national practice seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a patent litigation practice from the Wilmington office. The role focuses on managing complex patent disputes and advising sophisticated clients across technology and life-sciences matters.

The successful candidate will head litigation teams, develop new client relationships, and work with cross-office trial and IP resources. This is an opportunity to build a high-profile practice with significant autonomy and access to national litigation support.

• Significant experience handling patent litigation matters, including trials and hearings
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; strong business development skills
