The role will advise borrowers, sponsors and lenders on complex debt financings, refinancings and structured credit solutions across industries.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative finance team and take a lead role on originating and executing cross-border and domestic transactions, mentoring junior lawyers, and developing client relationships and referral channels.
This is an opportunity to shape a high‑visibility practice group within a well‑regarded national firm while maintaining autonomy over business development and matter strategy.
