Senior transactional finance partner sought to lead and grow a leveraged and structured finance practice from the Salt Lake City office. The role will advise borrowers, sponsors and lenders on complex debt financings, refinancings and structured credit solutions across industries.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative finance team and take a lead role on originating and executing cross-border and domestic transactions, mentoring junior lawyers, and developing client relationships and referral channels.

This is an opportunity to shape a high‑visibility practice group within a well‑regarded national firm while maintaining autonomy over business development and matter strategy.
