Partner — Litigation & Healthcare, Silicon Valley

Senior litigation partner role in Silicon Valley for a nationally recognized law practice. The role will lead complex healthcare and technology disputes, with a primary focus on FCA defense, managed care litigation and business litigation arising from AI, cyber security and cryptocurrency matters.

The partner will build and manage a high-performing team, develop strategic case plans for bet-the-company and regulatory matters, and work across practice groups to service sophisticated healthcare and technology clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established trial and appellate litigation experience, including regulatory and qui tam matters
• Deep knowledge of healthcare law and managed-care disputes; experience with technology-related business litigation (AI, cyber, crypto)
• Proven business development record and ability to originate and grow client relationships
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in federal courts
