Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead a litigation-focused practice in Las Vegas with particular emphasis on securities, healthcare and life sciences matters. The role will involve handling complex securities disputes, regulatory and white-collar defense work, and counseling clients in the digital health and life sciences sectors.

The partner will collaborate with national teams on cross-jurisdictional matters, build client relationships, and mentor junior litigators. This is an opportunity to establish or expand a visible practice within an established platform while maintaining a high level of courtroom and regulatory work.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven experience in securities litigation and white-collar/regulated investigations
Track record advising clients in healthcare, life sciences or digital health sectors
Demonstrated business development and team leadership capability
Licensed, or able to obtain licensure, in Nevada (or willing to seek admission)
