The role combines high-value contentious and non-contentious work on major projects and cross-border transactions.
The post-holder will manage and develop a team, drive business development with regional clients and international sponsors, and work closely with other practice groups on multi-jurisdictional mandates.
- Portable book of business of $1M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience in construction and infrastructure matters, including complex disputes
- Proven business development track record in the Gulf / MENA region and experience leading teams
- Admission to an appropriate jurisdiction and right to work in the UAE (or willingness to relocate)
