Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation, Carlsbad

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its real estate and construction litigation practice in the Carlsbad office. The role will focus on handling complex construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and related contract matters for a mix of owner, developer, and contractor clients.

The partner will manage case strategy from intake through trial or alternative dispute resolution, mentor and supervise junior lawyers, and work closely with practice leaders on business development and client relationship management. This is an opportunity to build a regional platform within an established national firm footprint.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant litigation experience in construction and commercial real estate disputes
• Proven trial and ADR experience and strong courtroom presence
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships
• Ability to lead, mentor associates, and manage teams on complex matters
