Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Wilmington

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a busy real estate and construction practice in the Wilmington office. The role will handle a mix of commercial real estate work including leasing, industrial/logistics, resort development and related construction matters, with cross-practice collaboration on healthcare, renewable energy and finance matters.

Ideal for a market-facing partner who will lead client teams, drive business development and advise on complex project and financing transactions. The role offers significant responsibility for client relationship management and practice growth in the region.

• Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, including leasing and project work
• Track record advising on renewable energy, industrial/logistics or resort development transactions preferred
• Strong business development and client-management skills; able to lead teams and grow a regional practice
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
