Partner, Tax & Energy — Miami

An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a tax practice with a focus on energy matters from its Miami office. The role will combine technical tax advisory work with client relationship development across transactional and regulatory energy matters.

The partner will join a team advising corporate clients, sponsors and private equity on tax structuring, incentive programs and cross-border tax issues in the energy sector. The position requires strong commercial judgment, a record of business origination and the ability to manage and mentor senior associates.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in tax with significant focus on energy matters
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills
• Ability to lead transactions and supervise junior lawyers
