Apply in confidence →Leading national privacy and cybersecurity litigation team is seeking a litigation associate (2–4 years) to join its U.S. offices. The team represents clients across industries in complex data-privacy and security disputes, regulatory matters, and high-profile class actions.
The role is open to candidates across the firm’s U.S. offices and will involve defending privacy and security claims, supporting incident response matters, and working directly with clients and cross-functional teams on fast-moving disputes and investigations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 2–4 years of relevant litigation experience, including privacy, cybersecurity, and consumer-protection matters
- Experience defending or litigating class actions and statutory claims (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, TCPA, BIPA, FCRA, or similar)
- Exposure to regulatory investigations or enforcement (FTC, DOJ, state attorneys general, or data protection authorities) is a plus
- Interest or experience in security incident response and strong technical aptitude
- Excellent written and oral advocacy, analytical, and organizational skills
- Admission and good standing with the California bar
