Private Companies Associate — Corporate (Seattle)

Growing national private companies practice seeks an experienced corporate associate to join the Seattle team advising emerging growth and venture-backed companies and their investors across financings and liquidity events.

The role is a client-facing transactional position within a cross-office team working on venture financings, growth-stage corporate matters and M&A. The group is expanding nationally and offers exposure to high-growth company work alongside senior deal teams.

• 3–7 years’ corporate transactional experience (PQE) with significant exposure to early-stage and growth-stage companies
• Demonstrated experience on venture capital financings and liquidity events
• Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting/transactional skills
