Experienced employment-law lawyer sought to join a busy Employment & Pensions practice as a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL). You will act as the knowledge and process lead for the team, helping maintain and develop core legal know-how and supporting fee-earners on complex employment and pension issues.

The role sits within a multidisciplinary group advising on individual and collective employment matters, dismissals, transfers of undertakings, secondments and pension-related issues. You will deliver practice-led research, draft client-facing and internal materials, run trainings, contribute to BD publications and drive digital knowledge initiatives.

This is an on-site role based in Rotterdam with broad exposure across the practice and opportunities to work on practice development, learning programs and legal-technology projects.

University law degree with a minimum of 6–8 years' relevant post-qualification experience in employment and/or pension law.
Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.
Strong legal research and drafting skills; experience producing client updates, articles or training materials.
Comfortable with knowledge-management systems and legal-tech/digitalisation initiatives; proactive team player with good communication skills.
