This role is open to England & Wales‑qualified associates at NQ–4 PQE who want meaningful early responsibility on market‑leading transactions and exposure to complex financing structures, including senior lending and mezzanine arrangements.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales), NQ–4 PQE
Experience from a top‑tier commercial law firm, ideally with real estate finance work
Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills; commercial awareness and attention to detail
Proactive team player with effective client communication skills
If applying at NQ, completion of a finance seat during the training contract is preferred
