Senior Associate, Insurance Coverage — Dallas

Seeking a Senior Associate to join a busy insurance coverage team in Dallas. The role involves handling complex coverage litigation, drafting coverage opinions, and providing coverage advice to insurer clients. The team is open to candidates based in Texas who prefer a hybrid or remote arrangement.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, take a leadership role on matters, and work closely with litigators on federal and state declaratory judgment actions and related defense work. Occasional travel may be required.

• Admitted to practice in Texas.
• Several years' experience in insurance coverage and coverage litigation (state and federal matters).
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills; able to draft clear coverage opinions and client advice.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple matters, and readiness to take ownership of caseloads.
