Senior associate role in a global insurance coverage practice based in Miami. The team represents insurers in complex coverage and market-conduct litigation nationwide, with matters involving commercial general liability, commercial property (including business interruption and pollution), E&O, and D&O coverage issues.

Day-to-day work includes drafting coverage opinions, conducting legal research, preparing discovery and pleadings, reviewing documents for litigation, and participating in depositions, hearings and mediations. Admission to practice in Florida
5–7 years of litigation experience, preferably with insurance coverage or civil litigation exposure
Strong academic credentials (e.g., Law Review and/or honors)
Excellent legal research, analysis and writing skills; familiarity with Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis
