Join a leading international funds and regulatory practice in Hong Kong as a Senior Associate. You will advise on fund formation, structuring, regulatory compliance and transactional matters for international and local asset managers and investors.

Day-to-day work includes regulatory advice on SFC and cross-border regimes, drafting and negotiating fund documentation and offering materials, supporting licensing and compliance matters, and advising on digital assets and tokenisation issues. The role involves close collaboration with senior lawyers and mentoring junior team members.

This is an opportunity to develop specialist funds and asset management regulatory expertise within a global practice, contributing to business development and client relationship management.

Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong or another common law jurisdiction.
Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in investment funds, asset management or financial regulatory work, ideally from an international or major regional firm.
Strong technical knowledge of Hong Kong funds and regulatory frameworks; experience with cross-border matters.
Experience advising on digital assets, tokenisation or virtual asset regulatory issues preferred.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin an advantage.
