Special Counsel, Real Estate — New York

Senior real estate counsel role in a major New York practice, advising on a wide range of commercial real estate matters. The position focuses on transactions across real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures.

Ideal candidates will have exposure to both debt and equity structures, experience representing borrowers and/or lenders, and prior experience at a comparable firm. Strong academic credentials and a transaction-oriented background are preferred.

• Substantial transactional real estate experience, including real estate finance
• Experience representing borrowers and/or lenders and handling acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures
• Familiarity with debt and/or equity capital structures
• Strong academic record; prior experience at a peer firm preferred
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
