An elite global law firm is seeking highly qualified associates to join its Structured Finance practice. The team is recognized for handling complex, cutting-edge structured finance and securitization transactions, developing innovative structures, and executing first-time securitizations of new asset classes.

The practice advises issuers and sponsors, banks, investors and funds, insurers, credit enhancers and liquidity providers on bespoke capital-raising and investment solutions. Work spans both traditional and "off-the-run" transactions, including commercial and esoteric asset classes such as aircraft leases, cell and broadcast towers, rental car fleets, and whole business securitizations, alongside US and European CLOs, credit card receivables, auto loans, cash and synthetic securitizations, and trade receivables.

The group provides seamless cross-border counsel across the commercial, insolvency, and tax law aspects of structured finance deals, and consistently ranks among the world's leading advisors in this space.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations
Strong transactional and structuring skills across a range of asset classes
Ability to handle complex, cross-border matters involving commercial, insolvency, and tax considerations
Intellectually curious, self-starting approach with ambition to develop into an exceptional lawyer
