Apply in confidence →Opportunity for an attorney to join a national legal team supporting firm-wide procurement and vendor management. This role can be based in any U.S. office with consideration for fully remote U.S. locations.
The attorney will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of third-party agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS/cloud contracts, eDiscovery, AI/software evaluation agreements, professional services and statements of work, and related vendor documents). The role also supports template and negotiation-principle development, contract cataloging and vendor performance monitoring, and cross‑functional coordination with legal, technology and business stakeholders.
This is a hands-on, client-facing position that emphasizes strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, attention to detail, project management, and the ability to educate and advise internal stakeholders on contracting processes and policies.
- JD and active admission to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction (or equivalent contracts/procurement experience)
- Minimum 4 years' experience drafting, revising and negotiating vendor contracts, including software and SaaS/cloud agreements
- Experience addressing data privacy, information security and AI‑related contract terms preferred
- Strong contract management skills, negotiation experience, and comfort managing vendor relationships
- Familiarity with procurement processes, purchase order/invoice flow and contract databases; workflow tool experience a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and organizational skills; prior law firm experience preferred
